Inauguration of the "Warrid" System for communication with KAU contracting companies

HE Prof. Abdulrahman Al youbi inaugurated the "Warrid' system supervised by the deanship of information technology as a communication channel between KAU and companies with which it entertains contracting relations on Wednesday 20 April 2016.

The inauguration was attended by KAU Vice-president Prof. Abdullah Mahraji, dean of information technology Prof. Khalid Hussain, the self-finance management general supervisor Dr. Abdulaziz Bashammakh and a number of KAU staff.

The information technology deanship presented the system, which comes within a comprehensive digital system package that grows on a daily basis towards the implementation of paperless electronic university. "Warrid" system aims at electronically documenting the exchange of correspondence between KAU and contracting companies. It also enables dispatching and monitoring purchase orders and projects supply acquisition in rea-time manner.

HE KAU president praised the role of the information technology deanship for its success in developing successful management work tools. He also thanked  the deanship dean and staff involved in the development and promotion of KAU electronic advancements.

In an address by HE KAU Vice-president Prof. Mahraji who also praised the role of the deanship and all contributing KAU sectors in such achievements.
